So you guys do a ton of customer appreciation events. I'd like to do an employee appreciation event/thing from a customer that's been on the receiving end of the things your employees provide. I'm a student of leadership/climate/environment and it's correlations to Organizational performance and success. Wilkins has it all in spades. And I feel that the feedback loop to the lowest levels of an organization that lets them know their efforts are observed, recognized, and appreciated in important. Smoking meat and feeding good people is a passion and hobby of mine. Although my "hobby" has led me to have a trailer mounted wood fired smoker. I'd like to come by one day and make your crew my signature pulled pork sliders for lunch. Pork, kings Hawaiian rolls, pickled red onions, and a dash of Carolina sauce. Throw in chips and some creamed corn as a side.

Exceeded Expectations
My experience with Wilkins Harley Davidson has always far exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk in the store, they have an excellent staff that is there to greet and help direct you to where you need to go and it's always done with a very warm real smile. They are genuinely good people! Then in talking with the service advisor/parts specialist, you get that immediate feeling you are in good hands. That in itself is worth more than words can explain. At this visit, I had the tech come out and explain to me what was going on with my bike. It was a top rate experience! Beyond that, I honestly have no suggestion for them other than to just keep doing what your doing. You've sold me on your business structure, it's so important that they never change that!!

Easy, Simple and Enjoyable
Bought my first newer Harley bike in spring of 2020 (2019 Fat Bob) during Covid shutdowns through Mike at Wilkins. Super cool down to earth guy. You can tell he really loves bikes and the Harley culture, seems almost excited about you getting a new bike as you are! Sent in a request yesterday (2024) on their online portal and shortly after mike was getting ahold of me answering all questions I had, sending me videos of bikes I was interested in and getting quotes on them. (And he’s not even a regular salesman there anymore!) Great experience buying at Wilkins. All the staff are extremely welcoming while in the store and during the tour around. Big thanks to mike (my sales guy) and Mandy (the finance lady) for making both my buying experiences in 2020 and 2024 easy, simple and enjoyable. Within an hour or so I was riding away on my beautiful new gunship gray low rider s with a sweet new Bluetooth helmet for tunes. I will most definitely continue choosing Wilkins Harley Davidson in the future. They have a large inventory of nice used motorcycles, many with tasteful add ons as well as all the new models. It was indeed a pleasure to meet you on Tuesday, March 19th, during my visit to purchase that beautiful 2014 Super Glide Custom. I had visited Wilkins Harley once before, when my wife and I were driving back from a great weekend in Burlington, May of 2021. You guys had a nice Wide Glide on the floor (Orange and Black flames). You and I conversed and we found out that someone placed a deposit on it just that morning. Oh well. I am happy I was able to finally do some business with you guys this month of March in purchasing the Super Glide Custom this Tuesday past. I also want to commend you on running an outstanding dealership. Your staff is well-trained, friendly, extremely capable, and very customer-oriented. As a past Fit Specialist for another Harley in New Hampshire, that’s how I have always felt a Harley dealership should be piloted. Unfortunately, I find that an HD dealership as exceptional as yours is becoming more and more a rarity. Your staff truly made my Tuesday afternoon there at Wilkins a very exciting, happy and comfortable event for me. I was well worth the 3 hour drive each way! Everyone I interacted with was great! Thought I Knew Good Before Wilkins
not gonna lie I have purchased 5 brand new Harleys from my local dealer (11miles from me) in NH over the past 10 years and I thought they were a good dealer to work with that was until I made and 2.5 hour trip to Wilkins Harley. from first contact with John via phone and then onto texts from John and Mike they treated me like I had been buying bikes from them since the 50's. super transparent pricing very upfront and welcoming when I arrived to look at the different colors of the new 24 RG. they gave me a tour of the dealership and it was right in the middle of a chili cook off they were super busy and still made me fell like I was the only person at the dealership. I would recommend Wilkins Harley to everyone I know from now on. even after the sale both John and Mike answered all of my questions right away and never left me high and dry. Family and Respect
Family and Respect... two things I always feel at Wilkins. From the beginning of my riding career in the riding academy in August of 2021 to my recent Stage IV upgrade, the team at Wilkins has done a great job of keeping me on the road doing something I have absolutely fell in love with 2 years ago. Sales and Service are important, however, every single person there, gets it and works to provide the very best. From Sierra and Devin in apparel to Andrew outback to the topnotch mechanics like Marissa, Roscoe and Dan. The Sales team is great and are not about the sale, but more importantly, marrying the right ride to the individual. Stayed Late to Help Me
Mike and the entire team at Wilkins made the purchasing of my 2022 Pan American Special a breeze. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. Unlike some other dealerships I have visited, at closing time you are asked to leave, however, this was not the case at Wilkins. Wilkins does everything well to be honest. They make purchasing a motorcycle, an experience. One of camaraderie and friendship. Even though they sell a lot of motorcycles, they make each customer feel special. Now I understand!
I have bought more vehicles and toys than I can count over the years, from tons of dealerships, and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen any auto, boat, bike, or other dealership that even comes remotely close to Wilkins and their staff. People are what make an organization, and Wilkins employs the absolute finest. It is evident they all love what they do. From my first phone call to ask about a test ride, to when I walked in the dealership, I was enthusiastically greeted and introduced all around. I instantly felt like I belonged there. Luke was excellent to work with, and the entire sales process was zero pressure. The nice touch was that the GM insists on personally giving you the overview of your new ride, explains all features, and gives you his personal cell number if you have questions. Could I have saved a few bucks buying from somewhere else that sacrifices service for bare bones cost? Probably. Will I sleep like an baby knowing I bought a quality product from a gem of a dealership that treats their customers like close family and will be there for me any time I have a question? Absolutely. There is a reason they are the top rated dealership in New England, and it’s because of the people that work there, that care about the people that shop there. I’ve never taken the time to write a review for a dealership in 20 years, but this dealer deserves my time because they have gone above and beyond for me before, during, and after purchase.

Want to know about Wilkins H-D?? I drove 300 miles to get not only the motorcycle I have always wanted but I got it at a fair price. From the website to parking lot everything was simple and easy. Clear detailed photos, professional staff, no pushy sales or gimmicks. Full transparency. Up front pricing, all the different packages and financing were explained and broken down in understandable terms. Complete and thorough walk around of the bike and every feature was explained until I understood how everything works. If you want sloppy service and the run around then go somewhere else. Harley Hospitality
I made my bike purchase last summer and was impressed with the staff in all departments of Wilkins. A friendly and comfortable feeling, not just being treated like a customer, but like I had been coming there for years, even though it was my first time there, ever! The hospitality reminded me of what all American business places USED to be like, but not any longer, except for this place! The American tradition still continues here! I have since had services conducted here, as well as, ordering parts and having them installed here. I will not go to another H-D dealer for any purchases or service, there is not any need to, nobody can beat this place. Even when I move away from Vermont to Massachusetts, I will come back to Wilkins.

Exceeded my Expectations
I'd been searching for my new Harley for quite a while. I'd heard nothing but great things about Wilkins, so I checked their inventory. They had the exact bike I was looking for. I emailed asking for information after hours and got a response that night. They were extremely helpful and encouraged me to come in and experience what Wilkins was all about. I set up an appointment and came in. Everything was as advertised and better. I never felt rushed or like I was wasting their time. They took extra time to find me the best payment and rate. Everyone stayed late that night to make sure all my questions were answered. When my wife and I came in to take delivery, we were treated to a party to welcome us to the family. My wife has even started looking at bikes. The final step, the actual delivery of the bike to my house. John (yes the owner) came up in a snow storm and brought it right in the garage. Everything was amazing. Wilkins has exceeded my every expectation and is by far the best dealer I've ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable & Caring... (with some playfulness & subtile comedy)... to me that exemplifies what Wilkins is all about. Above and Beyond
From my experience with the Rider Academy to purchasing a bike, I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Wilkins Harley. These folks go above and beyond to make you feel welcome whether you're buying a motorcycle or not.Being brand new to the motorcycling world, I was fairly apprehensive going into the Rider Academy. This quickly evaporated as Eric made something that is mentally and physically exhausting so much fun. He was serious when he needed to be, incredibly encouraging and very patient. He pushed me to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone and helped me gain confidence. This kind of environment was exactly what I needed as a new rider and afterward I felt fully prepared to go out on the road, hearing Eric's voice guiding me through the whole ride.Two weeks later I decided to trade in my brand new sport bike for a Harley and again could not have asked for anything better. Mike worked hard to ensure that I had the bike that was perfect for me. He was informative in every way, honest and fun! Performance Work without all the talk
I just want to say how great the Wilkins service team is. I have a place that claims to be a dyno tuner very close to me that does performance work on Harleys. They will spend all day talking to you about the build. until they have to dial the bike in on the dyno. I spent a lot of money with them. I brought the bike to Wilkens because the local performance shop could not get it to run right. 2 hours later, the bike was running substantially better and higher horsepower. I wont ever consider using anyone else but Wilkens Harley. Oh yeah, when wilkens cleaned my bike, they buffed all the scratches out that the other place made in doing the work. You want honest performance work done. See the team down in Barre.

Total Respect
A friend and I attended a 75th anniversary event on 11/12/22 at Wilkins HD. I had intended to buy a new bike in the spring, however after arriving at the event and watching Wilkins employees interact with the approximate 500 people in attendance (they greeted numerous people by first name) like they were friends. I changed my mind and decided to buy that day. I spoke with Mike a salesman and he amazed me I told him my reasons for wanting a new ride, he showed me three bikes and did not try to push me any which way nor did he try to talk me into something I didn't want. I picked an Ultra limited with the Apex black paint. Mike then introduced me to Jenna who was to do the paperwork. After about 45 minutes the paperwork was done. Jenna then introduced me to another employees (sorry I forgot his name) who walked me thru the different departments and what they could do for me. i was then walked thru the operation and its options right at the bike demonstrating what he was explaining. I also spoke with the owner John and found him to be a caring and attentive person. While standing next to the bike a customer who I did not know came up to me and gave me a bell to attach to the bike to keep the legend of the bell going. This was amazing to me as it reflects on the environment and attitude that the owner and employees have created. Wilkins HD is one unique dealership and have my total respect. Thanks again for a totally great experience.

John Lyon manages the dealership's day-to-day operations. All the customer's that buy Harley-Davidson®'s get John's personal cell phone he carries with him everywhere he goes. Two years ago, John Lyon, was overseas in Ireland for a Harley-Davidson® event. His phone rang. Our customer IJ Paquin, from Cabot, Vermont, had a security system issue. John didn't tell IJ that he was overseas, but he did get him taken care of. IJ showed up the next day to thank John for his help and the staff told IJ that John was out of town. IJ said, "I just talked to him yesterday." Well, John answers his phone when someone calls (assuming he isn't riding his 2021 Pan America or 2020 LiveWire). The point we are trying to make is that we stand behind our customers. We do what we say. You'll find no surprises and no gimmicks at Wilkins H-D®. None. Well, maybe a surprise prank once in a while, but that's it.
We are loyal to our customers and our customers are loyal to us. Our customers come from all the way up north in Milton, Vermont to all the way down South in Claremont, New Hampshire, Lebanon area. We also have a great deal of customers from Littleton, New Hampshire area.

Who Was Harry J. Wilkins?
Harry J. Wilkins was born in Littleton, New Hampshire and moved to Vermont a little boy. Harry J. Wilkins joined the Army and served in World War II. When he returned to the States, he met Barbara (Corey) and they went to work at Barbara Corey's family business--Prosperity Dry Cleaning. They started the business, now known as Wilkins H-D®.
