John grew up in the business, worked in the service department throughout high school, and then moved into parts and accessories in college. When he graduated, John went to law school and became a practicing attorney in Vermont. Later on, after his grandfather and uncle had passed away, he left the law practice to help out and has been here ever since.
Ann Lyon
Co-Owner
Ann grew up in the business. She is Harry and Barbara Wilkins's daughter. She has worked in almost every capacity of the business from bookkeeping to General Manager. She is also John Lyon's mother.
Barbara Wilkins
Founder, Deceased
Words don't exist to explain the sadness of her passing. Barbara Wilkins passed away peacefully Saturday evening, December 9th, 2023, at the age of 94 surrounded by family. To say she will be missed is a complete understatement.

Jon "The Eagle" Sargent
Sales Manager
Jon grew up in Roxbury and loves to make people smile. He's been with Wilkins H-D since 2011. What he did before that is still a mystery. Some say he hunted 'squatch in Canada. He loves what he does and he loves spending time with his family; Chelsea, Gavin, and Brody, while managing to squeeze in a little Heckrazin' on a daily basis.
Mike "The Wolf" Grant
Assistant Sales Manager
A Sheldon, VT native, Mike "The Wolf" Grant makes the drive from "South Canada" every day he comes to work because he loves helping people make memories. Raised with strong family values, he is adamant about sticking to his commitments and making sure folks have a smile on their face. You often hear Mike before you see him due to his contagious enthusiasm and excitement to be a part of the community and sport we love so much. He was a customer before an employee, yet has always been Family and will make you feel the same way.
Eric Gerrard
Assistant Sales Manager
A Veteran originally from Massachusetts, Eric relocated and built his family in Franklin County. Somewhere along the way he also adjusted his driving habits (just kidding Mass 😉) and makes the 2.5-hour daily commute to help inspire folks to make memories on their motorcycle. He has a passion for woodworking, motorcycles (new and old), and Black Rifle Coffee. We also think he may be related to the Wahlbergs, the resemblance is too close to not be suspicious.
Jenna "The Jaguar" Foster
Business Manager & Event Coordinator
Jenna has been with Wilkins Harley-Davidson since 2009 where she began in MotorClothes, moved into Motorcycle Sales, then to the Business Office in 2015. She likes dance fitness, rock concerts, art in the form of baking, and spending time with her husband Tj and her two kids (the furry kind), two Bullmastiffs named Mia and Mowgli. Fun fact about Jenna: She is a New Orleans Saints fan and she and her husband love flying to the Big Easy to watch games.
Mandy "Arctic Fox" Anderson
Assistant Business Manager
Mandy is from Barre, Vermont and she came to us from the Beauty Industry where she was a manager at Sephora. When she's not at work she is spending time with her daughter Harper, son Kayden, and husband Shane.
Mark "The Owl" Frano
Customer Experience Manager
Mark grew up in CT, went to college in MA, and ended up in VT in 1987. He formerly was in the Floral Business where he was an owner, importer, and designer. He lives in Washington with his wife of over 27 years, Terri, and his way-too-smart Golden Doodle Oscar. He likes playing the guitar, winter hiking, cooking, and traveling.
Tom "Mountain Goat" Ricker
Service / Parts & Accessories Manager
Tom grew up in Central Vermont and has been with Wilkins H-D since 2009. Before Wilkins, he worked at a family-owned RV Dealership for 6 years and a family-owned Car Dealership for 10 years. He enjoys woodworking on the side, and anything else to keep him busy. He loves being surrounded by friends and family, his door is always open!
Chris Miller
Service / Parts & Accessories Assistant Manager
Chris was born in Manassas, VA. Before entering the Harley world he worked in the car industry, as well as in retail at Tractor Supply for 9 years. He loves to cook and to spend time exploring the wild outdoors.

Sierra is our General Merchandise Manager. She oversees our Apparel and Gear section. She is no stranger to motorized powersports and will surprise you with her wit.

Motorcycle Specialist
Luke, one of our Marine Veterans, is ever willing to help riders find the right bike. Always calm, cool, and collected, he loves interacting with guests and exchanging stories about riding experiences. You can find him going the extra mile to make sure that we are working in the right direction that is in the best interest of the riders themselves thanks to his passion for the sport. Luke came to us from Louisiana and has been with us since November 2021!
Becci Bresett

Becci is one of a kind, and we are fortunate to have a Customer Care specialist with as much tenacity and knowledge as she has. She is a hard-working, dedicated sweetheart who is likely the first voice you will hear on the phone, or see when you come in to look at motorcycles or Powersports! When she isn't at Wilkins helping her riders, she loves to spend time at home with her husband, son, and dog!
Canaan Middleton
Motorcycle Specialist
Canaan is a quiet and very dedicated member of the Wilkins team. You can find him chatting with the greater majority of our riders who come in for service. He LOVES learning how our guests benefit from riding, what the perfect bike looks like for them, and hearing stories about how riders got into the sport! He even has some great stories himself!
Dylan Chase
Motorcycle Specialist
Dylan has a personality like no other and is straight-fire! He is an avid rider who will find any excuse to get out and ride regardless of the weather - including winter - and loves riding his Pan America Special. It takes VERY little effort to get along with him and he is always more than happy to go the extra mile to make someone's Harley-Davidson dream come true! He will chat with you about anything and everything; good luck trying to match his passions as his charm often turns the day around for everyone for the better.

One of our Army veterans, Garry retired from his service in 2020. When he is not helping customers at Wilkins with their service and parts questions, Garry enjoys fishing, kayaking, and putting the miles on his Harley (when it is warm). Some of Garry's favorites include New York Hard Core, spicy food (yum), military history, and KETTLEBELLS!

Originally from California, I moved to Vermont in 2016. Before starting at Wilkins Harley-Davidson I spent 12 years in various fields of construction. I’m a proud father of two daughters and enjoy playing sports, skating, and snowboarding.

Grew up in Epsom, NH, and graduated from motorcycle mechanic school in 2020. Recently moved up to Barre. Loves being a girl dad, playing the drums/piano, and anything with a motor! Also played semi-pro football for the last 10 years.

Dan Stevens
Master Technician and Team Lead
Dan was born in Bethel, Maine and before Harley, he worked in the Culinary Arts as an Executive Chef from Maine to the Florida Keys and the Carolinas before attending MMI in Orlando. He came to Wilkins H-D in 2014. He has a daughter named Ryker who was also born in 2014 who he enjoys spending his time with, along with family activities, sports, and being outdoors.
Roscoe Allen
Master Service Technician
Roscoe is a Service Technician. He has been part of the Wilkins team for several years, but in the industry well over a decade. .
He rides a 2001 Electra Glide. He was born and raised around motorcycles, his uncle playing a big role in his passion for them. To him, Harley-Davidson is the only brand there is. When he's not in the shop, he likes to work on his cars and bikes and spend time with his son.
Marisa Storto
Master Service Technician
Marisa is a Master Service Technician. She has been part of our team for several years.
She has a 2012 Sportster. She's been around 2 wheels all her life, racing dirtbikes when she was younger. Following her passion for Harley-Davidson, she attended the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute from 2016 - 2018. When she's not in the shop, she enjoys fishing.
Hunter Sanford
Service Technician
Hunter has been with Wilkins for over 2 1/2 years. He rides around on a 2008 Dyna Street Bob and a 2012 Street Glide. Then enjoys playing disc gold and cornhole in the summer and bowling in the winter.
Ryan Dolbier
Service Technician
Ryan moved up here over a year ago and began as a technician who worked on off-road machines like trucks and motorcycles for a couple of years. His skills quickly translated to Wilkins and working on our machines and we are very grateful to have him here with a wrench in hand! Ryan enjoys spending his free time working on his personal machines and getting lost in the woods on his dirt bike.

Vermont-born and raised, off-roading has always been a lifelong passion for him. Growing up working on and riding ATVs, and then completing an education from PSI in Cleveland, OH, Shawn has both the skills and experience that we at Wilkins knew would help out our customers!

Videographer
Cam is from Easthampton, MA, and went to college in Vermont. When he graduated he stayed and now lives in Winooski. Before working at Wilkins H-D he was a Behavior Interventionist working one-on-one with kids at Northwestern Counseling and Support Services in St. Albans. A fun fact about Cam: he is a die-hard Bruins fan and plays hockey on the weekends.
