Protects you from costly repairs on your Harley-Davidson for up to an additional 7 years.

Protection includes:

• Coverage for over 1,100 parts: All repairs will be performed by experts at an H-D® dealership using H-D® genuine motorparts.*
• Expense reimbursement package: If you have a covered breakdown while on the road, you'll receive $75/day (up to $750) for a rental vehicle, $150/day (up to $450) for meal and lodging, and up to $200 for towing to an H-D® dealership.
• Nationwide repair location assistance: In the event of a covered breakdown, our H-D™ Service Center can direct you to the nearest H-D® dealership for repairs.

What is Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Coverage?

If your motorcycle is totaled or stolen, your insurance company settlement can be significantly less than what you owe on the loan. This creates a "gap" in coverage, which could result in serious financial hardship. This "gap" that you owe may even jeopardize the repayment of your loan. Fortunately, Wilkins H-D® offers GAP coverage to relieve you of the responsibility of the remaining loan or lease balance that your primary insurance carrier does not cover.

GAP covers you from the difference between your outstanding loan balance and the actual cash value of the motorcycle (primary insurance company settlement). GAP also covers up to $1,000 of your deductible if there is a "gap" after the primary insurance settlement is paid. This is covered as part of the deficiency balance and is not paid directly to you.

Harley-Davidson® Appearance Protection

Appearance Protection is a Scotchgard treatment that we apply to your paint, leather, chrome, painted parts, and wheels. It does two things for you.

The first is it's a five-year insurance policy backed by AllState on the appearance of your motorcycle. If things from the environment such as salt, dust, insects, hard water, tree sap, bird waste, acid rain, UV rays, etc. affect those parts it was applied to, they would be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, up to $5,000.

The second is that the treatment also acts as a permanent wax. So you never have to wax the motorcycle, and caked-on bugs and dirt can easily be cleaned off. It cuts down on cleaning time which allows for more riding time! Check out this video, where our General Manager, John Lyon allowed us to SPRAY PAINT his brand new Laguna Orange Road Glide Special black. He knew with the Appearance Protection applied to his bike that the spray paint wouldn't be able to bond to the paint on his bike.
