They're Honest Up Front

Bike wouldn't start. I haven't ridden it much in the last year. Wilkins came and picked it up, took it to the shop, and went through it. They didn't try to sell me any extra or unnecessary items. Which is what I really like about Wilkins, they're honest up front and seem to have my best interest at heart. I trust them. They are a great dealership.

Model Dealership

Wilkins Harley-Davidson is the model for all other dealerships. They do everything well and based on my experiences there, I do not see anything that needs improvement.

No Pressure

No pressure sales, the bike was nostalgic for me...couldn't help myself. LOL Great team!

Dream Come True

Wilkins changed our 2023 Roadglide 3 into our dream . They listened they never said no the whole team helped in making this dream come true. They gave suggestions options and helped us. They are our 2nd family and we recommend them to everyone. We live in NH and travel 1.5 hrs just to go to them when there are many HD dealers in NH no one compares to Wilkins

Tom!

All I can say is that the greatest thing about Wilkins Harley-Davidson is Tom Ricker. This is my 12th HD and I've been buying new bikes since 1972 so I have a lot of experience with HD dealerships. Because of Tom, the experience was terrific.

Almost 25 Years

Worth a Trip!

I recently dropped off a motorcycle for service. I was greeted at the service entrance and was told.aomeone would be out to check me in. Before I had the trailer door open someone was there with a clipboard taking the vitals, tier tread depth and a statement about the issue.
I then stopped in the showroom to take advantage of a T-shirt offer. I was greeted immediately at the door and invited in and directed to the salesperson.
I had read about Wilkins Harley and their awards and great customer service. I now have experienced it.
Worth a trip!

Accommodating and Fair

Wilkins team did an awesome job and accommodating and fair. They truly treat you like your part of there family and team. Everyone even customers make mistakes and we learn from them for next time. Communication is key. And it’s warming and easing to know that when Wilkins makes a mistake they make it right and will go above and beyond to do so. This is the most knowledgeable team I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and every time I step in that door they make me feel right at home and I love being there. I and my children and wife if with me will make it a point to stop in while on our rides on the bike.

Appreciating Wilkins Employees

So you guys do a ton of customer appreciation events. I'd like to do an employee appreciation event/thing from a customer that's been on the receiving end of the things your employees provide. I'm a student of leadership/climate/environment and it's correlations to Organizational performance and success. Wilkins has it all in spades. And I feel that the feedback loop to the lowest levels of an organization that lets them know their efforts are observed, recognized, and appreciated in important. Smoking meat and feeding good people is a passion and hobby of mine. Although my "hobby" has led me to have a trailer mounted wood fired smoker. I'd like to come by one day and make your crew my signature pulled pork sliders for lunch. Pork, kings Hawaiian rolls, pickled red onions, and a dash of Carolina sauce. Throw in chips and some creamed corn as a side.

Exceeded Expectations

My experience with Wilkins Harley Davidson has always far exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk in the store, they have an excellent staff that is there to greet and help direct you to where you need to go and it's always done with a very warm real smile. They are genuinely good people! Then in talking with the service advisor/parts specialist, you get that immediate feeling you are in good hands. That in itself is worth more than words can explain. At this visit, I had the tech come out and explain to me what was going on with my bike. It was a top rate experience! Beyond that, I honestly have no suggestion for them other than to just keep doing what your doing. You've sold me on your business structure, it's so important that they never change that!!
